The Crossroads Hikers

The Crossroads Hikers are part of the Crossroads Christian Church Community Ministry. We are dedicated to Christian fellowship, growth and ministry to each other as we enjoy the wonders of God's creation. Participation in hikes is open to all.

Our regular hikes are usually on the second Saturday of each month. From time to time special hikes are held when members of our group are interested. Outings are to various coastal, mountain and desert locations, depending upon the season and group desires, within 1 to 2 hours driving time from Corona. Hikes are intended for all ages who are able to walk for 4 to 6 hours and distances up to 10 miles. While hiking we strive to maintain a pace which accommodates everyone.

Notices of hikes are disseminated via email to Community Members a week before the event. A schedule of future tentative hikes is provided with the Next Hike information.

Suggestions for hike locations are welcome and encouraged.

Safety is always a consideration while hiking. No hikes will be knowingly planned that will put hikers safety in jeopardy; however hiking can be dangerous and accidents may happen. Hikers are requested to dress appropriately and remain with the group at all times. The Hike Leaders and Crossroads Christian Church are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur traveling to, from, or during hike events. By joining the hike you are taking total responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
